Document supply

If the book or journal article you need is not available in the Bodleian Health Care Libraries, we may be able to obtain it for you from another library.

This service is available at all our libraries, and the majority of library members are eligible.

How to make a request

To access the request form, you will need to log in using your Oxford Single Sign On (University members) or select 'Other Bodleian card holders' and use your Bodleian Libraries login if you have an orange-stripe HCL library card.

To find out more and access the request form, visit the Bodleian Libraries inter-library loans service webpages.

Payment

This service is free of charge to Oxford University users and NHS staff.

Bodleian Reader card holders are charged a non-subsidized rate and it may be cheaper to use the services of your own university or public library. If you are making the request for commercial purposes, commercial charges apply regardless of which card you hold. Check the Bodleian Libraries inter-library loans service webpages for more information about charges.

You must pay for requests from your Print, Copy and Scan (PCAS) account. You can add credit to your PCAS account on the Oxford University online store.
